Kichcha Sudeep talks about his retirement plan

Kichcha opened up about his future plans, including the possibility of retiring from acting. Speaking to Raghavendra Chitravani, he said, “Every hero becomes a bore in the end. Each one has a shelf life as a leading man.”

He also mentioned being selective when he chooses projects and stated that his decisions are made on personal preferences rather than the quality of scripts. He said, “The ones I give up on are not bad; it’s about what I want to do at this point in time.”

Sudeep made his debut in 1997 with the film Thayavva. He rose to fame with the 2000 film Sparsha and earned his moniker from the 2003 hit Kiccha. He then entered Bollywood in 2008 with the film Phoonk and made his mark with the 2012 film Eega.
